CASSIE CHARLTON, OFFICE MANAGER

Cassie graduated from Neosho High School in 2001 and has worked for Dr. Reagan since April 2013. Cassie and her husband, Darren, have two handsome boys, Cooper and Coleman. She is always busy chasing her two boys and they all enjoy camping and spending time on the water.

When it comes to her career, Cassie says, “I love to meet new people and get to know our patients. I enjoy the daily challenge of meeting the needs of our FDN family.”

CINDY BRANSCUM, MARKETING ASSISTANT

Cindy grew up in Rogers, AR. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and Master’s in Education from Western Illinois University; and a Specialist in Education Administration from Missouri State University. Cindy began working for Family Dentistry in January 2018.

Cindy has lived in Neosho since 1988 with her husband Mark and two sons, Tony and Jon. She was an educator for the Neosho School District for many years and retired from Crowder College as Director of Institutional Advancement. Cindy and Mark love spending time with the boys and their families (two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren).

When it comes to FDN, Cindy says, “As a career educator, it is a great opportunity to learn about a new industry and to help educate others about health and wellness.”

JULIE PREWITT, TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATOR

Julie grew up in Purdy, MO and received her Associates in Business Administration from Crowder College in 1991.  Julie & Jeff, husband of 24 years, live in Diamond with two sons Cade and Carter. Molly is her delightful dog!

Julie enjoys spending time with family, working in the yard, and floating/fishing on the creek with the boys. Julie has worked in the dental profession for 13 years and in the business side of public education for 16 years.

When it comes to her career, Julie says, “I feel very blessed for the opportunity to work with the amazing doctors and staff at FDN while at the same time being able to fulfill my true passion of loving and helping people on the business side of the practice.”

ANDREA CREASON, CDA

Andrea grew up in McDonald County, Missouri and graduated from McDonald County High School. She graduated from Northwest Arkansas School of Dental Assisting and has worked in dentistry since 2018. When at home, Andrea loves spending time with her daughter, the “apple of her eye”! She also trains for marathon competition in her spare time and enjoys skateboarding.

When it comes to FDN she says, “I appreciate the enjoyable and positive work environment. Connecting with the patients I grew up with and giving them an unforgettable dental experience!”

SHANNON LESTER, CDA, EF

Shannon completed her dental assistant program at Vatterott College and has over 18 years of dental experience. She has earned expanded function certification, as well as, numerous other certifications. Dentistry is her passion!

Spending time with her husband, Bradley and son, Logan River while hunting, hiking, fishing, and family movie nights make up her favorite things to do during her free time.

Tennille

TENNILLE KENT, RDA, EF

Tennille grew up in Tucson, Arizona. She earned a degree in Dental Assistant at Apollo College. Tennille lives in Grove, OK with her three daughters. Her son is an active First Class Petty Officer in the US Navy.

Tennille enjoys traveling with her daughters to sporting events; spending the summer on the lake camping, fishing, jet skiing; playing with her three labradoodles and dachshund.

Tennille has worked in the field of dentistry for 25 years. She continues to further her education. When it comes to her career, Tennille says, “I am very proud to work with such an exceptional group of professionals. It makes me happy to help people with their dental health and smiles.”

CHRISSY LAWSON, CDA, EF

Chrissy graduated from Neosho High School in 2007. Shortly after graduation she married her husband, Levi, and left the area for the next several years. During Levi’s service time in the U.S. Army, Chrissy graduated from Vista College in El Paso, TX as a dental assistant. Her love of dentistry came from her childhood dentist! During Chrissy’s free time she enjoys being with Levi and their three children. They enjoy the outdoors and spending quality time together making memories! When it comes to her career, Chrissy says, “Nothing makes me happier than building a relationship with each of our patients and making sure they are comfortable during their visits.”

SHELBY O'FIELD, STERILIZATION ASSISTANT

Shelby grew up in Sarcoxie, MO and graduated from Joplin High School in 2011. She worked for Freeman Health Systems for three years as a nurse technician before coming to work for Family Dentistry of Neosho in 2021. Shelby and her husband, Andrew, live in Webb City. Shelby enjoys going to the lake, creek and traveling to new places.

KIM SMITH, RDH

Kim is a native of Neosho, MO and graduated Neosho High School in 1995. Kim played basketball and completed her Associates Degree at Crowder College She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University in 2000 and then graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree in 2002. She has worked for Dr. Reagan since 2004 as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Kim resides in Neosho with her husband, Branden, and three children, Kael, Kanten and Kynden. She stays busy with her family, church, school activities; watching the kids play baseball, softball, dance, football, and basketball. In her free time, she enjoys sports, swimming, and shopping.

When it comes to her career, Kim says, “I enjoy teaching people about the importance of oral health and wellness. It makes such a difference in their long term health. What I can teach them and the support I can provide is simple, but is complex in the difference it can make in their life.”

 

Lauren

LAUREN MASSEY, RDH, CDA, EF

Lauren grew up in Jefferson City, MO. She graduated from Helias High School and Ozark Technical College, Springfield, MO completing degrees in Dental Assistant and Dental Hygiene. After practicing in Springfield for nine years, Lauren joined Family Dentistry of Neosho in January 2022.

Neosho is a
great place to call home with husband Josh. You can find Lauren enjoying the beautiful Ozark outdoors! She loves to fish, hunt, golf and travel with friends and family!
 

When it comes to FDN, Lauren says, “It’s all about the patients. I love meeting so many wonderful people in our community and doing everything I can to keep them healthy and smiling!”

JAN BACHER, RDH

Jan grew up in southwest Missouri and graduated high school from Aurora, MO. She and husband, Bruce, moved to Tulsa where Jan graduated from dental assisting school and eventually completed the dental hygiene program at Tulsa Community College. Jan has over 35 years of experience in the dental industry.

Jan has been at home in Carthage the past 10 years. She loves spending time with her children and granddaughter. She also enjoys quilting, crafting, camping, fishing and being active at church.

When it comes to FDN Jan says, “Words can’t express how much I enjoy my role here at FDN. I get to meet so many wonderful patients and help them keep a healthy smile while working with a great dental team.”

BREANNA WALKER, RDH

Breanna grew up in Neosho and graduated from Neosho High School. She went on to Missouri Southern State University completing a Bachelor of Health Science – Dental Hygiene and a biology minor.

She loves spending time with husband, Brek and two daughters, Adelynn and Peyton. Spending time with family, cooking and fun activities with her girls are her favorites!

Meeting new patients and getting to know them makes her career special. After 10 years of being a Dr. Reagan patient, she finds it, “awesome getting to be a part of this amazing practice after being a patient for so long!”
